The staff was helpful and always attentive. the room was spacious. the hotel provided a free shuttle to the centre. i loved the morning yoga. The environment felt peaceful.

mixed experience
cold pool forest canopy
the staff prepared the room for night time with the mosquito net around the bed and the night lamps on before i returned back to the hotel to sleep every night that was thoughtful
the hillside location is not suitable for people with accessibility issues my pool villa had no sunshine due to the forest canopy so the pool was too cold to use i also could not really use the garden area these aspects were disappointing

slow service unpleasant traffic
The location is not ideal. Getting to the main attractions required a buggy. the buggy service was quite slow to arrive. the traffic made the trips into town unpleasant. this added extra time to every excursion
